As mentioned internally, it is useful to keep the details table data even after the experiment is archived or for any reason the files of the experiment are not available anymore which affects the traceability of the experiment.

As a consequence, it will be a good idea to review this background task and update it also considering its performance to allow it to be triggered in smaller intervals of time (currently every 4 hours) to sync the data more frequently.

Even so, I think Autosubmit should update this table with the data it has when doing autosubmit expid or autosubmit create to have the information available as soon as possible without depending on this task.
