The build variable BOOST_INCLUDE is currently defaulting to a path meant for boost 1.61. We always set this variable when building arnold-usd, but with latest versions of USD that don't need boost this is a problem because the variable isn't set anymore and the default path doesn't exist.
By setting a default path of "." (as we have for BOOST_LIB) it fixes the issue, and really makes the variable optional
