  • increase max gas limit for non-transactional etherium calls by 10 times
    • this is CRITICAL for Astar nodes being used by the Graph nodes since when querying Astar, Graph will incorrectly dispatch overweight eth_call calls, causing an error on the runtime side
    • this effect will be immediate for shiden but will require astar-33 upgrade before being usable
