Oh, one thought! Are we going straight from differential expression part I to part II? Or do you maybe want to slot in a short break between?

I don't think I'm the best person to comment on how the timing looks, but it seems reasonable to me. I also want to note that I don't know that the pathway material that operates on marker genes is the right material for this workshop, so I might be more brief in what you stub in.

I want to note that this material feels draftier than this to me right now.
Are you suggesting to rip out this exercise here altogether, at least for now? I'm not sure I follow exactly. |
Just distinguish between pathway analysis instruction and pathway analysis exercises without linking to anything specific for now |
@jashapiro did you want to have a look here? I think this notification might have snuck past you. |
I don't think I had much to say at this stage. My memory of timings isn't that good, tbh. |
@Jen-OMalley can you have look at these two new changes and give me a thumbs up? |
👍🏻 LGTM @sjspielman |
Closes #5
This PR adds a draft schedule. I included exercise links, and stubbed out rows for forthcoming slide links & notebook links.
Note that on the first day, I took 15 minutes of time away from the refresher section to give to integration, which is a long one. Day 1 is overall very long right now, but I'm not sure that can really be helped.
Let me know any feedback on timing!
