Sometimes its useful to be able to set a pixel margin from the top of the snapping sheet; for instance to avoid safe-area infringement.
This PR adds a
snappingPositionAnchor
argument to the SnappingPosition.pixels constructor for specifying the offset anchor to either start (default) or end.
