Updating test connectivity

This propose pull request includes:

• Testing connectivities available in Production, Staging, and NPO
• Comparing Production and Staging in term of the number of connectivity models
• Adding features to test, e.g. connectivity, axon terminal, dendrite, phenotype, and reference

I think you should push all the resource and connectivity information into another file so the tests don't get buried.
