Astro 101: Classrooms created without assignments?

A user reported that when they created an Astro 101 classroom, the Classroom was created without any Assignments (neither Galaxy Law 101 nor Hubble's Zoo).

However, when they tried again, the Classroom was created with Assignments as expected.
