Benchmark halo2 circuits on different platforms

Problem

Now we have mopro CLI to create halo2 bindings for different platforms: web, iOS, Android, and also desktop
and we have different circuits:

• keccak256: https://github.com/ElusAegis/halo2-keccak-stable
• RSA: https://github.com/ElusAegis/mopro-halo2-rsa

We can maintain the benchmark table like circom
