Unveiling github discussions

Very excited to open this tab on GitHub!

Basically, this is a place where people can talk about the language, propose new features or even show off their work.
Here is a quick recap of categories:

• Announcements: contains important messages to broadcast to everyone (new versions, various information, etc)
• General: talk about anything really, as long as it is a bit related to Zilch
• Ideas: feel free to propose ideas, draft them, discuss, etc
• Q&A: Ask questions and receive answers
• Show and tell: Talk about anything you made using Zilch (e.g. a small project)
