Add new features to the component ui::table

Describe the feature

In reference to pr #20447, it would be nice to be able to:

Column Sorting (Ascending and Descending)

• Sort by column (by clicking on the column header).
• Ability to sort multiple columns at once (multi-sort).

Row Filtering

• Global Filtering: Search for a term in all cells.
• Column Filtering: Apply specific filters to each column (e.g., numeric, text, date, etc.).

Pagination

• Display only a limited number of lines per page.
• Navigation controls (next page, previous page, etc.).
• Dynamic management of the current page and the number of lines per page (if the number of elements to display per page changes then it adapts).

Data Export

• CSV: Export the table data in CSV format.
• Excel: Export the data in .xlsx format.
• PDF: Generate a printable version of the table in PDF format.

@iamnbutler : It would be nice to be able to do something similar with the table so that we can also use it as a preview for csv files.
