I was wondering where can I download the data for GNSS tools that you developed? Is there any tutorial for that=

I have no plan to make a tutorial because this tool is mainly for my personal use. If you want to use this tool, please see the usage and source code.

Thanks so much for your response. Where can I find pos file? Is it same as files here http://geodesy.unr.edu/NGLStationPages/stations/02NA.sta

No, different from NGL. update_pos.py downloads pos files from terras.gsi.go.jp. Only Japan area.
