UI improvement: Comment and Answer looks the same

For any particular question, it is very hard to differentiate between what exactly is an answer to the question and what is a comment. Sometimes the comments on a question are as helpful as the answer itself. These should be a clear UI distinction that explicitly enables users to tell the difference.

Suggestion: Making different sections with the title for each section might help.
