veYFI upkeep

Scope

This request is a continuation of the previous BR, which expired 3 months ago. Since the expiration we have continued the upkeep of veYFI without compensation. Our aim is to return to Active Development mode in Q2 and complete the transition to on-chain governance. This BR is aimed to cover the gap between now and then, while we continue the required upkeep.

Plan

• Weekly Manual Upkeep Tasks: Perform ongoing manual operations until full transition to on-chain governance:
  • For each epoch:
    • Create snapshot vote
    • Submit vote weights to the gauge controller on-chain before the new epoch starts
    • Distribute dYFI to legacy gauges at the start of a new epoch
  • For whitelisting new gauges:
    • Create snapshot vote
    • Add gauge to registry if vote passes
• Work with Hidden Hand in the setup of a gauge bribe market
