在Fragment中 AFragmen需要对状态栏进行渐变，BFragmen不需要渐变。

参考Demo中FragmenA、FragmentActivity,在布局中添加StatusView，

动态去修改StatusView的Alpha无效。

mStatusView.getBackground().mutate().setAlpha(alpha);

建议在不同的frament中动态的计算状态栏高度，然后给顶部布局设置padding
