Description

I want to install mxnet on my windows pc, when I download the prebuild python package, I cannot find the setup.py file under the path: ..\python\

and I cannot execute the command:
python setup.py

So, I want to known how I can get the setup.py. Thanks!
(The location and name of the flaky test.)
