As i mentioned in title, my development environment is WIndows 10. And my xpm version is 0.19.3, then i enter xpm install @xpack-dev-tools/riscv-none-elf-gcc@latest --verbose in cmd and it turns out error: Package '@xpack-dev-tools/riscv-none-elf-gcc@latest' not found.Did i miss something?

Are you behind a firewall, or proxy?

yes, i am using proxy. and if i turn it off, it shows download fail

And i tried to download zip in releases, and i print xpm install, but nothing happened?

Your antivirus is probably changing the content of the zip and the integrity check fails.

If you managed to download the zip manually, you no longer need to use xpm, just unpack it in a folder of your choice and use it from there.
