SCCS-40005: Missing default cover, wrong 3D cover #509

SCCS-40005 is the Chinese version of ICO, and there are two issues with this version:

1. Missing Default Cover:

The default cover is missing. I have uploaded one for review. Please check if it is appropriate to use.

2. Incorrect 3D Cover:

The current 3D cover is for the U.S. version, not the Chinese version.
