We should revisit the optimization to BP icons covered in xh/hoist-react#1963 and #44

Looks like BP might have changed their packaging again - here is a bundle analysis from Toolbox off of latest hoist-react develop:

@cnrudd you have puzzled this out in the past - if you wouldn't mind having another look when you have a cycle free. Not urgent, assuming this has been this way for a while now
