As an MVP this could just be a serverless form that emails me their site/tags. We're missin' out on a bunch of cool Personal Sites™ because a lot of folks don't fuck with git.

@xdesro Since this uses Netlify, how about Netlify Forms? That should fit the MVP goal.

GitHub PR Templates can also help to make it less tedious. Then the form becomes part of GitHub. Can help folks who don't want to dabble with forks and git, but doesn't help folks who don't have a GH account.
