Can we use this version against v4 of XbimEssentials ?

Hi @minhnguyenlinknode , it is not possible right now. My rough guess is that it would take 3 days to one week to do necessary refactoring to upgrade it and to make it IFC schema agnostic. Using our current knowledge about the data structures its performance could also be significantly improved. Do you use our scripting engine in production? It would be interesting to know. We don't focus on this project right now.

Hi @martin1cerny, thanks for your information. So I decided not upgrade to V4.
I am using this scripting engine in my production using IFC2.3.
Basically it will run the query to extract the desired elements from big IFC and build a smaller IFC based on query result.

You are welcome to contribute to upgrade XbimScripting to xBIM 4. I've started here already but I don't have time resources now to complete it.
