在使用Tooltip提示组件时怎么让其在内容过多时支持横向竖向滚动

如题，，试了confine: true但会限制在图表组件里面高度超过就被截取了，看了可以设置extraCssText但都没起作用

网页是用extraCssText: 'overflow: auto;'这一设置实现的滚动，在RN这里是否也可以兼容一下这个配置呢

you can use View's onTouchStart and onTouchEnd to enable and disable scrollview.

if scroll view dont get enabled after interaction with graph (for slow phone or lag with large data) you can enable it on other View present on scroll view.
