The window size calculated using from the geometry bounds can be slightly off for different data sources if their VRTs aren't exactly aligned. This can cause the windows to be one off from each other, causing errors when trying to analyze together.
Saw this issue because the dev data lake has data sources with only a few tiles, so the VRT is off from each other. Not sure if this will be an actual issue once all the VRTs encompass the global extent, but something to watch out for.
