Add appsero telemetry

We should add Appsero tracking, similar to WPGraphQL, WPGraphQL Smart Cache, etc so we can understand what versions users are using, etc.

@jasonbahl Does Appsero need to be added to WPGraphQL extensions? I'm wondering if WPGraphQL could handle gathering the necessary extension data itself.

Reasoning:

• Extensions require WPGraphQL which already has Appsero
• Environment data would be the same as WPGraphQL
