Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/ and https://preview.portalbridge.com/82034e7c11/.

Steps:

  1. Select any network and token in "From" section
  2. Select any network and token in "To" section
  3. Paste invalid value in Amount field, for example 0xf6718b2701D4a6498eF77D7c152b2137Ab28b8A3

Actual result: Warning message is not shown.
Expected result: Warning message is displayed.
