[QA] "Network cost" field is not displayed for USDT Transfer route #3236

Describe the current behavior in detail

Environment:

OS: macOS Sequoia 15.2
Wallets: Coinbase
Browser: Google Chrome Version 132.0.6834.111 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Steps to Reproduce:

Prepare to send 1 USDT from BSC (Coinbase) to Avalanche (Coinbase)
Check if "Network cost" field is displayed for USDT Transfer route

Expected result: "Network cost" field is displayed.
Actual result: "Network cost" field is not displayed for USDT Transfer route.
