Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

  1. Prepare to send 0.003 ETH from Base (MetaMask) to Arbitrum (MetaMask)
  2. Check the Amount field

Actual result: Margin above USD value seems too small.
Expected result: Increase the margin above USD value.
