Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

  1. Select X Layer network and OKX token in "From" section (MetaMask wallet auto-connects)
  2. Open "To" section
  3. Switch between networks

Actual result: Balances are updated with a delay. Zero balance is displayed for all assets for few seconds.
Expected result: Balances are loading instantly or loading button is displayed.
