Optimise CSS delivery is disabled

Optimize CSS Delivery feature is disabled in this version. Asking for active license and I am unable to test this feature. This with be very helpful if this feature activated.
I see the licence status is Plus and Expiration date is January 1 1970. May be this is the issue that asking for an active license.

Moreover, can you @thaikolja please advise what to do with the issues showing in the page speed insight as shown on the screenshots attached. The issues are showing only on mobile pages.

I'm sorry, this repository is simply a hosting repository. We offer no individual support.

RocketCDN requires a license and authentication on another platform. Unfortunately, we can't enable this for other web services.

Regarding Lighthouse scores: They're actually pretty self-explanatory. You'll have to play around with WP Rocket's settings. Not every setting is actually helping. Also, if you haven't, add your site to Cloudflare, which offers many (free) tools to speed up your website.
