Intermittent Crash When Downloading Extensions and Delaying Installation Prompt Response

Description:
When downloading an extension, if the user does not immediately click "Install" when the installation prompt appears and waits for the download to complete, the app crashes before the user can click "Install." This issue occurs specifically if the user delays interaction with the installation prompt until after the download has finished. The crash does not occur if "Install" is clicked while the download is still in progress. This issue has been observed intermittently and only on certain devices, such as the OnePlus 11R, making it difficult to reproduce consistently across all devices.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on add Extension icon.
2. Start downloading the extension by clicking the download button or View Raw option.
3. Wait until the download is nearly complete and observe the prompt asking to install the extension.
4. Do not click "Install" immediately; let the download finish.
5. Once the download is complete, attempt to click "Install."

Expected Result:
The app should allow the user to click "Install" after the download completes without crashing.

Actual Result:
The app crashes as soon as the download completes, if "Install" has not been clicked before the download finishes.

Affected Devices:
Observed on the OnePlus 11R. Other devices have not yet shown this issue, indicating it may be device-specific.
