It could happen, that you want to reserve an agent to just finish the current tasks and then end.

Currently the autoscaler wait for the running tasks to finish (witch is nice) and then remove and redeploy a new one.

It would be nice if the autoscaler do deploy a new one idependend asap there are new tasks todo

I am not sure if I understand your request? In case there are more tasks as agents capacity the autoscaler starts with re-enabling agents marked for removal and if that is not enough it will immediately create new agents.
