[Orders] Text truncated on "Set Tax Rate" screen when creating an order with larger dynamic text sizes #14979

Describe the bug
On the "Set Tax Rate" screen when creating an order, the text is truncated when using larger dynamic text sizes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set the device text to a larger size, e.g. 190%.
  2. Go to the Orders tab.
  3. Create a new order.
  4. In the order form, add a product.
  5. Scroll down and select "Set New Tax Rate."
  6. Notice that the text is truncated and the screen can't be scrolled.
