Skip button seems to (sometimes?) skip two tracks?

The skip button does a good job of stopping the current track and playing a new one, but frequently it stops the current track, then shows another track I never heard in my history and starts playing a third track.

In the screenshot attached I skipped the Pusha T song and never heard the With the Punches song but The Graduate song started playing

It just dawned on me that this might be because the song isn't available for whatever reason. If that's the case, Ovrture shouldn't show the song to the user.
