Does gdown support resume functionality

I need to download huge files so suppose I am downloading a huge file and if the download fails will I be able to resume the download?

@Udesh-Ranjan I'm hoping to extend --continue mode for folders in #288.

It also bypasses a bunch of 0-byte transfers in the existing continue mode for files that slow things down and count against daily (?) download limits imposed by Google.
