Supermium crashes after closing a tab.

Describe the bug
Sometimes when I close a tab, Supermium crashes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Simply close a tab and it might happen to you as well

• OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
• x64

I'm not 100% sure this is related but I had a random crash on 126 R6, on a win8.1 machine, a while ago, using private browsing.
The whole browser closed but some processes stayed alive, hogging all the CPU. I had to kill them for the PC to work normally again.
I thought the cause was external to Supermium (as I was doing other stuff at the time on the machine), so I didn't report it.

However, it happened again today, using 126 R7. Same exact result but on a totally different website.
And I believe it occured when I closed a tab (not 100% sure, as it happened so suddenly).
