Make the Find box not disappear when refreshing a webpage

It can be frustrating if you need to get back to a certain spot on a page almost instantly upon refreshing, this can help with that.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the find-in-page search box to not disappear when you refresh the webpage.
(essentially it's toggled on or off only by pressing CTRL + F)

Use the one in firefox for the perfect idea on how to make this behave.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There really isn't any on a chromium (blink) based browser that i am aware of.
The "Find" searchbox on firefox is the absolute best i've used, but not every website works correctly on firefox.
