check if TimedText files, like TimedText:Dilaw by Maki (sample audio).mp3.en.srt exist before deleting the audio files. if there are, delete or add an option or warning.

There are plenty at Wikipedia:Database reports/Timed Text without a corresponding File. non-admins speedy deleting these is awkward because of #2027

Is there a way to identify the corresponding TimedText files for the given file?

They're always created under TimedText:filename (including the extension)

File:Frozen drop.webm = > TimedText:Frozen drop.webm

Looks like these pages should be deleted using CSD G8.

Do the File titles and TimedText titles always correspond 1:1? For example, if both an audio file and a TimedText file exist, is File:Test.mp3's timed text file always going to be TimedText:Test.mp3? Or can it be something that doesn't match like TimedText:Test.srt?

I'm highly positive they correspond.
