Docker Image

The setup is a little over my head (sorry, not an ops person!)

Would it be possible to create a docker image (and preferably a docker-compose.yml) to streamline the setup?

I'd love to host the API since Mapzen is shutting down. :(

A Dockerfile setup is on the list, yes, once the dust settles and people catch their breath :-)
