Hi,

So I was running step 1 to generate the model RDA file for a particular phenotype file that I had. What I noticed was that when I ran the step on the unsorted phenotype file, it was taking more than 48hrs, but when I reran the step with the phenotype file sorted in ascending order by sample ids, it took only 58 minutes. Is this by design?
