Problems

• early return in template when "null" is returned

• <textarea>${this.value}</textarea> (this.value was an empty string) -> shall nbe tracked in: [RENDERER] Rendering of Textarea (with nested value) is broken  #133

Problems:

• "=" sign in attribute will cause generating parts errors. E.g. link="/api/${resource}?id=${item.id}"
• unsafeHTML only renders the first Child/Element if the text actually is HTML with multiple elements
