Добавить в контракт подсчет всех выпущенных CRD.
Добавить перерасчет CRD в USD

Подсчет прост: все выпущенные (не учитывать CRD на счету webRunes) CRD = 40,000 WRG. В свою очередь 1,000 WRG = 40 USD.
Именно столько в призовом фонде
