Make agents and commands indices visible

Description

The commands stream index and the agents index are currently hidden for regular users and are only available for admin users. We are going to change them and make them public as the rest of the indices. For this reason, they also need to match the current naming convention in order to make them consistent with the rest of the indices.

These indices will be renamed as follows:

• wazuh-agents
• wazuh-commands

• Update index templates for these indices: hidden: false, index pattern.
• Rename indices in the setup plugin.
• Adapt Wazuh Server after renaming of the agents and commands indices wazuh#27784

Required changes for wazuh-indexer repository applied in PR

On draft waiting for wazuh/wazuh-indexer#540 to be merged in order to automatically generate the updated ECS templates once the the PR is set as ready for review

The non-templates changes for wazuh-indexer-plugins are currently applied on the branch ecs/240-agents-and-commands-inices-visible, once the ECS generator creates the new branch and PR these changes will be migrated

All wazuh-indexer-plugin changes are included in the auto-generated PR by the ECS Generator GHA
