Description

BSM2 Unit Models

BSM2 Property Models

Motivation

These scaler objects should replace the existing scaling routine that makes use of iscale. Eventually, all WaterTAP unit and property models should have these Scalers. However, there are no plans to deprecate iscale at the moment.

Possible Implementation

See example PRs above.
