With the advent of the Polkadot Docs, we migrated a lot of files from the WIki. We should take care to only migrate what is necessary in order to save time, and to ensure that there were no gaps left.

This should be added in MIGRATION.MD

This issue should be tackled after #14. As there aren't too many pages that need to be removed / moved around, this isn't a very big issue to deal with.
