Per Andrea, please modify the stop time to 8pm. She believes the existing stop time of 10pm may be creating time errors on sign up since polling places aren't open until 10pm. Unfortunately, U.S. polling times vary by state. Here is a list of 2018 closing times, by state.

@PamelaJohn I can see the logic behind this. However, the system doesn't know about the polling times and makes no judgement on those. The times are just a guide for the matching algorithm.

What are the "time errors"?
