Users receive the following response when their registration attempt is unsuccessful. The only phone number listed on the website now is the IVR number for voters who need a ride.

It has not been possible to process your request. Please see the information below for more details. We want to help you to volunteer, so please contact our phone support if you cannot resolve this issue yourself.

Response code: 2
Response info: Invalid value in AvailableTimes :NaN-NaN-NaNT10:00/NaN-NaN-NaNT22:00

For 2019, we should update this response should include the phone number of the specific partner organization(s) the user has signed up with since the site will probably not list contact numbers for every partner org.

@PamelaJohn thanks for proposing this 👍 it's always a bit trickier to handle issues where the request hasn't been successful, as here. Definitely worth us all reviewing how to handle this, though
