Security: No means of securely canceling or deleting one's own user account

Currently, there does not appear to be a secure means of requesting an account to be deleted. Once implemented, this method should be able to securely wipe any user data from db collections. This is a security concern for sites which may handle sensitive data, such as credit cards.
