Persistancy can not be disabled

I try to get the azurite without persistant volume (as it is for testing and should be as easy as it can).
Somehow:
persistentVolume: enabled: false
This is somehow not taken into account

Thanks for report. I see that it is not the only value that is ignored in template and there is also emptyDir volume created with the same name - I will check these things over this week, adjust your PR and release a new version with persistency fixed.
