Delete deprecated FADE Jenkins Jobs

As a Piazza developer/devops, I need to work with FADE Jenkins regularly, and I need to know that the jobs that exist are useful and any old deprecated jobs are deleted so that I do not confuse them with something useful.
Jenkins in FADE has lots of legacy/artifact jobs and snowflakes that are no longer used or needed. 
We need to create a list and make sure that all jobs are deleted that are no longer used. 
Give owners a chance to claim/save these jobs, otherwise they should all be deleted.
