Security controls for Shapefile Export

As a security engineer, I need to ensure that the Shapefile export capability will achieve ATO at the appropriate time.
Additional dependencies will need to be introduced to support Shapefile export. Hopefully, the libraries will already be white-listed and this will be fairly straight-forward.
