Remove filter options for Winston RSAM?

Having the option to filter under Data Manipulation options for Winston RSAM is a little misleading since you can't really have filtered RSAM since the RSAM is already pre-calculated. Maybe this option should be removed? But perhaps consult with the seismologists first.
